MazdaSpeed Protege Alarm Sensitivity
Anyone who has purchased a MazdaSpeed Protege knows that the alarm can be VERY sensitive when brought home from the dealer. Loud motorcycles or that neighborhood stray cat may set the alarm off at all hours of the night. This can be quite an annoying occurrence!
This situation is easily corrected, however, by adjusting the alarm sensitivity on the vehicle. To adjust the sensitivity, look under the drivers side dash-board. You will see a black alarm box with a small white adjustment knob. Turn this knob to adjust the sensitivity to your liking!
